Sponsored by Art on the Edge, The Kids' Carnival takes place in
February and is open to kids of all ages! For only $5, kids get to
visit a variety of different craft booths and workshops and take
their work home to enjoy! Please check back for more details!

Through Music for the Wise, the Arts Alliance is able to bring
music to those who may not have the ability to enjoy opportunities
outside their residence. With support from Kootenai Electric
Cooperative, Music for the Wise is continuing in 2009,
sponsoring local musicians to perform at a variety of assisted
living facilities with a need for entertainment and activities. Click

During July and August, we present a summer concert series at
Riverstone Park in Coeur d'Alene. Each Thursday from 6:00 -
7:30 p.m., enjoy a free concert from a variety of local musicians.

Our second annual fundraiser was a huge success in 2009 and
Buckets, Blues and Brews is already in the works for 2010. The
event features "buckets" artistically decorated and filled by local
art organizations and are up for auction during this event that also
features a live blues band and local brews.
Held during the first week in October, Art from the Heart is a
community-wide celebration of the arts. Ranging from dance
workshops to free concerts, Art from the Heart brings awareness
to our community about the wonderful opportunities in the arts
that are available. Check back for more details for the event in
2010.
Held every first friday of the month, Arts Buzz is a networking
opportunity for non-profit arts groups to meet and discuss
upcoming events and opportunities. The meeting is held at 9:00
a.m. at the Coeur d'Alene Chamber, 105 N. First Street in Coeur
d'Alene.

Aspiring artists and architects have a chance to work with local
experts as they walk through Downtown Coeur d'Alene and sketch
local architecture. In 2009, 35 kids participated in the 1st annual
event, sponsored by The Art Spirit Gallery.
